ADDITIONAL CANOE & KAYAK INFORMATION

Some Long Trips are not available in our early and late seasons, and on Holiday weekends.
Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability.
Exceptions: The following trips cannot accept walk-ins from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day: White River Campground, White River Campground Campers Trip, and Lafayette Trace/Perkinsville.
These trips must be booked on line at least one day in advance.
-
Our canoes are Old Town and Mad River, with weight capacities of approximately 1200#. They seat 2 occupants, and may accommodate 3rd and 4th occupants if they are small children weighing less than 100# each. Seating for 3rd and 4th occupants is on the floor, so remember to rent seat cushions for a more comfortable ride. We may, on extremely busy days, run some of our aluminum canoes. The aluminum canoes have a lower weight limit, and occupancy is limited to 2 people.
Our single and tandem kayaks are Jackson Riviera and Riviera-T sit on top. We do not run any sit-in kayaks. Due to the open nature of the sit-on top kayaks, we do not recommend taking pets on your trip.

Prices can be found in the trip descriptions, and is always accurate for the day chosen using our online booking system.
Trip Departures change with the season. The summer season is Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Early season is April to Memorial Day weekend, and Late season is September after Labor Day weekend through the end of October.
On Line Booking: Cut off for booking on line is 2-4 hours prior to approximate departure time depending on specific trip, subject to availability, shown real-time in the system. All weekend reservations should be made via the online system from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend due to high call volumes on those days.
Canoe prices are based on 2-person occupancy. Add $15 for additional person over 10 years of age or weighing over 100# riding as a 3rd occupant subject to water level and weather conditions. At WRCC’s sole discretion in low water conditions, the third person may be required to take a single kayak for the same fee. No additional charge for children 10 and under riding as the third occupant.
ADDITIONAL TUBING INFORMATION
-
Our River Road livery property is private property and not a public access. The adjacent properties down river from Conner Street in downtown Noblesville are also private properties.
We do not allow privately owned tubes on our River Tube trips. We do not allow mixed parties of rented tubes and private tubes to land at our River Road property. Private tubes will be turned away, and trespassing laws will be strictly enforced.
-
Our River Tubes are 44” outer diameter and have a backrest and cupholder. Some, but not all, have covers. Covers are subject to availability at the time of departure and cannot be reserved. On extremely busy days, we may run some of our river tubes that do not have a backrest. All tubes are subject to availability at the time of departure, and cannot be reserved as backrest or non-backrest.
Our Cooler Tubes hold coolers up to 55 quart. They are a raft, and your cooler rides in the cooler tube. Cooler tubes are for coolers and personal gear only, and cannot be used for a person to float in. It is illegal for a person to float in a cooler tube.
Our Tube Straps are a 5’ nylon strap with a snap buckle. They are used to tie your river tubes and cooler tubes together. You rent these when you reserve your tubes. We do not allow rope/twine or other strap methods to be used on our tubes.
Note: No private tubes or cooler tubes allowed, with the exception of floating coolers that can be transported on the shuttle in the same manner as your normal cooler. Coolers must be no larger than 55 quart. No glass is allowed.
